The legend program is essentially an association and
development organization for people in the sales and
people profession. It will be administered by Acxion
Addix Solutions Ltd
It costs nothing to join, but can pay back
dividends unheard of, to those who invest time and effort
into its membership
The Program
consists of four parts.
1/ The mentor
program (members helping members) and help with career
management. (Including job placement)
2/ The audio books
/ podcasts and old fashion paper books.
3/ The functions,
and Networking meetings.
4/ The Training courses – from basic to
advanced.
1/ The Mentor
program.
This is the back
bone of Legends people development. The mentoring is
predominantly internal. The members mentor each other
according to their skills, accomplishments and of course
needs. I.e. A sales manager would mentor a sales person,
and in turn be mentored by a CEO.
Mentoring will be
guided and overlooked by Acxion. Equipping mentors is part
of the ongoing development.
Ongoing career
management is provided to members, meaning a member can
start as brand new to sales , be placed in a sales
position through the program and then in 10 years time be
a sales manager , using the program to find good potential
reps , and he/she would have been placed in each of the
sales positions on the way to sales manager , through the
Legend program contacts.
2/ Audio books ,
podcasts and good old fashioned books , are available
through the program, contact the administrators for a list
, however this months special is Legend Program founders
Book on sales , “ Ready Set Sell” , normally retails
for $19.95 , available for only $15 from the program

3/ Training
functions and networking meetings.
Presently this is limited to the network meetings (
coffee and cake , wine and cheese, after five’s, with a
guest speaker) These are opportunities for like minded
people to get to know each other and get training and
motivation. In the near future we will begin running sales
functions, perhaps within the three main centers, three
times a year. These will be motivational and educational
events, costing approx $50 a head.
4/ The training
courses are designed to offer the members practical
teaching, certified and proven in the market.
Basic course
available on application is “Ready to sell” , a four
our interactive course , to attend the next one in your
